See Lancaster,
joining with a number of partners, offered train rides from Lancaster to
Heath Springs as a Christmas event and treat.
Two trains were scheduled, but the demand required a third train ride. The
L&C, Founders, The City of Lancaster and the County were all sponsors
with See Lancaster in creating this new and exciting experience for
children and adults. The rumor is that Santa will be stopping over.
Although tickets are sold out the See Lancaster staff is already planning
other events with partner L&C, especially for children, since so many
have never been on a train.
Heath Springs is such a perfect train stop, since they have a wonderful
refurbished Depot, says Frank Keel, director of See Lancaster.
